Create a diverse and inclusive workplace
The Manufacturing Institute’s Diversity and Inclusion initiative aims to make the manufacturing workforce more reflective of our communities. The Manufacturing Institute leads the manufacturing industry in identifying and addressing systemic barriers to create and sustain a more diverse and inclusive manufacturing workforce and to equal opportunity in the United States. We work to foster and promote an inclusive culture in manufacturing, supporting manufacturers with their D&I efforts and amplifying best practices to advance nationally. Creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace is the right thing to do—and robust D&I initiatives will help manufacturers attract and retain a talented workforce.
