Applicants should reflect the MI’s dedication to career readiness and/or STEM education, with a particular focus on high school–aged girls and underserved youth. In addition to funding, awardees will be provided with career-readiness content, including an exploration of careers at UP, to support one to three hours of programming for high school–aged youth. Applicants will complete a one-page application form (200–500 words total), including a summary of how their program would use these funds to improve and/or amplify their work, and integrate the career readiness materials offered by the MI into their existing curriculum.
