Rita Detrick has worked for Solutions for Information Design (SOLID) for five years, since graduating from Troy University with a Master of Social Science degree. Additionally, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Program Evaluation from Old Dominion University. She currently serves as a Senior Analyst and the Research and Development Team Lead with much of her work focusing on the identification of career and educational pathways for Service members and veterans. Additionally, she is currently the Project Owner for the MilGears product which includes the Military Learning and Employment Record. She has successfully led several projects during her time with the company including a Comprehensive Learner Record (CLR) pilot and the Digital Identity and Verified Credentialing pilot in partnership with Microsoft.
