Rahmah Wims

Rahmah Wims is the senior executive coordinator at the Manufacturing Institute, the workforce and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). In her current role, Rahmah  supports Carolyn Lee, president of the MI, and provides programmatic support across the organization. Rahmah comes to the MI with over a decade of experience in administrative operations as well as meetings and event management. Prior to joining the MI, she was Lead Associate at AXA Equitable in Charlotte, NC where she managed administrative operations and events for the Human Resources department. Prior to that, she was an Account Executive at EveryAction, a nonprofit technology company, where she managed a vertical of youth nonprofit organizations.

Rahmah completed her undergraduate studies at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and is a native Virginian. Outside of work she can often be found volunteering with youth in detention, hiking with her dog, and spending time with her family.
