Lauren Bloomer

Program Manager, Heroes MAKE America

Lauren Bloomer is the Heroes MAKE America Program Manager, Fort Liberty, at The Manufacturing Institute, the workforce and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the nation’s largest industrial trade association. In her role, Lauren serves as the onsite liaison for the Manufacturing Institute and handles all facets of the program including recruitment, enrollment, class schedules, company tours, and data management.

Prior to joining the Manufacturing Institute, Lauren was the Manager for the USO of North Carolina. There she managed day-to-day center operational procedures, volunteer recruitment, training, and staffing for three separate locations within the Sandhills area while establishing an expansive network of relationships within the Sandhills Community.

Lauren holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management from East Tennessee State University. A proud military spouse, she is originally from Greeneville, Tennessee, but currently resides in Fayetteville, North Carolina, with her active-duty husband and their four children. Outside of work she can often be found spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, and gardening.
