Amy McMullen

Amy McMullen joined Lincoln Electric in October, 2012 as the College Recruiter, where Amy grew in the role through three promotions to the Manager of University Relations. During the seven years in the university relations space, Lincoln Electric’s internship programs were ranked in the Top 100 Internships in the country twice, which, partnered with the growth of diversity hiring and employer branding, earned her a Lincoln Electric citation in 2018. In 2020, Amy was promoted to the Human Resources Business Partner role, supporting Corporate and Operations Support functions, and most recently, Amy moved to Cincinnati, OH to take on the role of HR Director for Harris Products Group 

Prior to Lincoln Electric, she held recruiting positions of increasing responsibility at Robert Half International and Northwestern Mutual.  

Amy graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.  Amy is a current participant of the Lincoln Electric Leadership Development Program
