Alex Cutillo is an Associate of Workforce Initiatives at The Manufacturing Institute, the workforce and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). He is responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Institute’s Second Chance Hiring program. Alex also helps with a variety research projects and Workforce Development policy tasks when needed.

Before joining the Manufacturing Institute full-time, Alex began as an intern while he was still attending The George Washington University in Washington D.C. studying Political Science. Prior to the Manufacturing Institute, he also interned in the Washington D.C. offices of two congressmen in The House of Representatives and with Toyota.
