Virtual STEP Forward: How to Recruit and Retain Women in Ohio’s Manufacturing Industry
The Manufacturing Institute’s STEP Forward program, an integral part of the Institute’s STEP Women’s Initiative, provides women in manufacturing with an opportunity to hear from industry leaders, connect with their peers and learn best practices they can bring back to their companies.
On November 30, join The Manufacturing Institute for a Virtual STEP Forward, sponsored by the Ohio Manufacturing Workforce Partnership. The event will feature a panel of industry leaders who will discuss how to build and strengthen the female workforce in Buckeye State.
