Please join The Manufacturing Institute’s Heroes MAKE America program for a virtual workshop focused on how to make your company military ready.
American Manufacturing has a skills gap and our military community can fill it! However, we must improve our understanding of the barriers associated with the military-to-civilian transition to create successful recruiting and retention strategies to reduce or remove those barriers.
John Buckley, retired U.S. Army Colonel and Outreach Programs Lead with Koch Industries, will discuss the following key takeaways:
