As part of the Manufacturing Institute’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts, we are partnering with Deloitte to host a virtual peer-to-peer session to discuss, share best practices, and brainstorm ways to increase equity in the workplace.  Equity is the outcome that unlocks value inside and outside an organization. Equity requires cultivation of diversity and inclusion and belonging.

During this session, we will explore what equity means for manufacturers, including a chance to join in a peer-to-peer discussion on ways that companies and their leaders can accelerate equity across the industry.

This program will be directly targeted to an audience of manufacturing leaders—those who have an interest in starting, sustaining or expanding their current Diversity and Inclusion efforts.
