Manufacturing’s future depends on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Industries across the U.S. are facing workforce shortages—and our industry is no exception. It is estimated that 2.1 million manufacturing jobs could go unfilled by 2030. One of the industry’s biggest opportunities is broadening the talent pipeline and prioritizing actions that recruit and retain a diverse workforce.

Join us December 1 for a full-day collaborative event that will explore dimensions of diversity and inclusion specific to the manufacturing workforce.
