At the Manufacturing Institute, we know words matters. They can reveal bias, or confront it. The list of terms is neither comprehensive nor final. As society and culture continue to evolve, so does language. The glossary also explores the more commonly accepted terms, intentionally omitting words that are offensive or biased.
