Sybil B. Hayes joined The Manufacturing Institute in January 2008 and serves as the office manager and executive assistant to the Institute’s president. Ms. Hayes provides administrative support, meeting management and coordinates the Institute’s Board of Trustees and Education Council activities.
Prior to joining the Institute, Ms. Hayes served as an executive assistant in several Federal agencies – the U.S. Departments of Labor, Energy, the Interior and Transportation for over 25 years. She also worked at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies for several years as executive assistant to the executive director, meetings manager and liaison to the EEO Committee.
