The Facts About Modern Manufacturing, published jointly by The Manufacturing Institute, The Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI and the U.S. Department of Commerce, is a real-time, data-driven report that provides a snapshot of U.S. manufacturing. This report is published every couple years and uses a combination of government and industry sources. In the most recent e report, the data was complied and published in graphic form, accompanied by side-bar stories that highlight specific manufacturing companies. |
For the next version of the report, scheduled for 2012, the Institute will focus on a web-only presentation that allows users to quickly access information and data describing the state of U.S. manufacturing.
