WASHINGTON, 03/08/17 - The Manufacturing Institute is pleased to announce Valencia College Advanced Manufacturing Training Center as the newest member of the M-List.
Valencia College’s Advanced Manufacturing Training Center provides students with a hands-on manufacturing experience. The center features classrooms with the latest in software simulation as well as practical training labs with industry-standard equipment to immerse students in their chosen specialization.
The Manufacturing Institute’s M-List designation is an acknowledgement of Valencia College Advanced Manufacturing Training Center’s outstanding advanced manufacturing courses. Enrolled students will be eligible to receive certifications from the National Institute for Metalworking Skills, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, American Welding Society, American Society for Quality, Manufacturing Skill Standards Council, and SME.

The M-List recognizes high schools, community colleges, and universities that are teaching manufacturing students to industry standards. Specifically, these institutions offer students the opportunity to earn NAM-Endorsed Manufacturing Skills Certifications as a standard part of their manufacturing education programs.
