WASHINGTON, -  The Manufacturing Institute is pleased to announce Cincinnati State Technical and Community College as the newest member of the M-List.

Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, Cincinnati State Technical and Community College is a public, two-year institution under the authority of the Ohio Department of Higher Education. Cincinnati State offers more than 130 associate degree and certificate programs in Arts & Sciences, Business, Health, Humanities, and Information and Engineering Technologies.

The Manufacturing Institute’s M-List designation is an acknowledgement of Cincinnati State’s outstanding welding and machine operator courses. Enrolled students will be eligible to receive certifications from the American Welding Society and the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS), as well as receive college credit.

The M-List recognizes high schools, community colleges, and universities that are teaching manufacturing students to industry standards. Specifically, these institutions offer students the opportunity to earn NAM-Endorsed Manufacturing Skills Certifications as a standard part of their manufacturing education programs.
