-  The Manufacturing Institute has begun to capture best practices of Dream It. Do It. programs that have successfully engaged youth in manufacturing and STEM-related activities. These best practices will cumulate into the Inspiring the Next Generation toolkit with the purpose of engaging students in STEM Pathways and Manufacturing Careers.

Dream It. Do It.’s High School Champions Program is designed to help improve the image of manufacturing as a career choice, and to recruit more young people to vocational and technical schools that feed talent to the manufacturing industry.

The Champions Program is a human network aimed to educate students about the exciting careers that manufacturing offers. Champions are high school teachers and counselors who provide and receive information on manufacturing related activity in their community/school, including increasing manufacturing related course enrollments.
