WASHINGTON, DC, -  Today, The Manufacturing Institute President Jennifer McNelly will be attending Jackson State Community College’s Manufacturing Day 2014 Summit. She will participate in a manufacturing panel discussion and attend a ribbon cutting ceremony for the school’s re-opening of their Industrial Technology Advanced Manufacturing Lab.
Jackson State Community College modernized this lab with grant opportunities from Governor Bill Haslam, the Carl D. Perkins IV Career and Technical Grant and local manufacturing partners. The event will have around 100 guests attending, including representatives from the governor’s office.
