WASHINGTON, DC, -  The Manufacturing Institute is pleased to recognize 76 Indiana high schools as the newest members of the M-List. Conexus Indiana's Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics (AML) Curriculum Development Program, Hire Technology, addresses the changing AML workforce landscape by creating a high school - level curriculum for "middle skill workers."

The program, rolled out in coordination with the Indiana Department of Education and Ivy Tech Community College, enables current students to complete industry-recognized certificates and earn dual credit, all while preparing for post-secondary programs and careers in AML. Enrolled students will be eligible to receive certifications from the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council, The Association for Operations Management as well as receive college credit.

The M-List recognizes high schools, community colleges, and universities that are teaching manufacturing students to industry standards. Specifically, these institutions offer students the opportunity to earn NAM-Endorsed Manufacturing Skills Certifications as a standard part of their manufacturing education programs.
