Under Lisa’s direction, Ball’s human resources, administrative and compliance functions have evolved to meet the expanding needs of a growing global organization. One of Lisa’s visions was to implement a global human resources system to provide a consistent, global framework for executing Ball’s processes for talent development, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and workforce analytics. A project team, guided by Lisa, successfully implemented Ball Global People System in North America in 2011, with work continuing to implement in other regions of the world. In another effort, Lisa envisioned that healthier employees would be able to greater contribute to overall company success. She empowered her team to develop Ball’s wellness program, which provides health screenings for employees and supports those who want to lead healthier lives.
