Melinda is President of The Novaflex Group, a leading manufacturer of flexible ducting and products designed for superior flexibility; high temperature, chemical and abrasion resistance using advanced rubber; thermoplastics; and textile technology. Under her leadership, Novaflex is known internationally for innovation and quality within each industry in which they operate, along with a track record of providing unique, customized turn-key solutions for the most challenging engineering and application specific problems.
Melinda is a proponent of safety in the hose industry and is a member of the Hose Safety Institute. Through the Institute, she has made a significant impact on elevating the issue of safety throughout the industry.
