Margaret is a Metal Fabricator and Welder at Eastman’s world-class machine and metal fabrication shop. Additionally, she trains Metal Fabricator and Welder apprentice employees and conducts all performance assessments. Margaret trains all shop employees in lift truck operations and she re-certifies each employee annually.
As a member of Eastman’s recruiting team, Margaret regularly represents the company at recruiting and workforce development events. She participated in the women’s panel for the Workplace Investment Act in School Youth event for the past several years and has taken part in the Fall Technology Career Fair at the Regional Center for Advanced Manufacturing.
Margaret sits on the Board of Directors for Douglas Hope, an organization that reaches out to at-risk adults, assisting with GED preparation, interviewing skills and resume writing.
