Tammie Siracusa
Southeast Area Vice President, Corrugated Packaging Solutions

"I love the dynamics of manufacturing, where we continually face new challenges. Being part of a team that is driven to create value for our customers, communities, and shareholders is highly rewarding and inspiring. As we continue to provide cost efficient, innovative solutions, I look forward to growth in manufacturing."

Tammie has served in many leadership positions during her 23 years with WestRock and predecessor companies. Over those years she has led multiple plants to exceed budgeted earnings and volume, while developing a strong team of leaders, many of whom have been promoted into advanced roles. Today she leads a team of 600-plus employees in seven manufacturing plants. She has overseen multiple manufacturing plants for the last five years, including full P&L responsibility for sales, operations, and all key performance metrics. Her area alone exceeds $300 million in revenue with a contribution to WestRock of $24 million of EBIDTA. Tammie leads by example and encourages teammates to take the initiative, be proactive, and focus on results that create value every day.
Tammie has informally mentored and advised many co-workers during her tenure at WestRock. With a background in finance, others frequently seek her advice when making the transition into operations.
She regularly participates in WestRock’s General Manager College, a development program for high-potential employees looking to serve in General Manager roles within the manufacturing plants.
Tammie's area of responsibility includes 300 employees in the Atlanta area, and she enthusiastically supports service throughout the community including raising money for Boys and Girls Club, sponsoring food drives, and participating in Relay for Life. On the personal side, Tammie is involved in the Young Men's Service League, an organization for mothers and their high school age sons to volunteer their time together. Young Men's Service League supports 25 different philanthropic organizations primarily involved in serving families in need.
