Jessica Rogers
Controller North America Manufacturing and Repair
Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Americas

"For me, there is no better area and feeling than working in manufacturing. Every day I get to walk through a world-class manufacturing facility and interact with very bright and skilled people bringing raw materials to life as the largest and most fuel efficient gas turbines in the world."

Jessica quickly established herself as an invaluable asset when she joined the organization, and her straight- forward, no-nonsense approach to business activities and challenges has gained her the respect and trust from all levels of the organization up to executive management. She has not only accomplished this within the U.S.-based company structure, but has also established herself as a respected and trusted manager within the parent company in Japan. Through her leadership and caring, plus her focus on employee development, the financial group has developed into a much more organized, knowledgeable, and effective group. Her management style is one of empowering employees to perform and achieve, while continuing to challenge, providing leadership and vision towards the end objectives.
Jessica leads by example. She has the unique talent of inspiring others to want to be a part of her team, never asking something from them that she wouldn’t do herself.  She’s effective at challenging others to reach for success, and it’s her strong ability to lead and mentor her team that makes her one of the organization’s most valued employees.
Jessica has taken the lead on several different charitable organizations for Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems. Whether she was working on a range of projects for Habitat for Humanity, volunteering with the Humane Society to rescue animals, or helping organize the Leukemia Cup, her time and energy have helped make each endeavor a success. She is a role model not only for Mitsubishi employees, but for the community at large.
