Delia Noblecilla
Director, Global Supply Chain PMO
Molson Coors

"Manufacturing is a big space and time puzzle that I get to play in with many individuals from different areas of expertise, cultures, and sites to create and execute plans, problem-solve challenges – all with the ultimate goal of bringing a tangible good that delights and brings value to our end users."

Delia is effective at bringing cross-functional teams together to deliver business results.  She possesses a tremendous ability to get people to the table and to organize the work, building processes that allow everyone to have a voice while driving to deliver the desired result. She makes everyone feel included in the process and can bring out the best of each team member as they work toward a shared goal.
Delia is one of a handful of female engineers in the beer business at MillerCoors. She is committed to reaching out to other young engineers when they are introduced into the beer business to partner and assist them as needed. She has been the president of the MillerCoors Hispanic Leadership and Advancement (HOLA) employee relations group for the last four years. In this role, she has worked to ensure that others in the Hispanic employee community have access to career development opportunities, as well as mentoring relationships and project visibility with key senior company leaders.
Delia was recognized in 2010 in Milwaukee with the Young Hispanic Professional Achiever Award because of her involvement with the community through the HOLA organization. Among other efforts, HOLA works to deliver Christmas food baskets to low income people, along with toys and clothing for children of these families. HOLA also supports an annual scholarship funding drive that provides tuition assistance for the children of Hispanic employees, who often become the first generation in their families to obtain a college education. Delia continues to be a strong Hispanic female role model through her support of these associations.
