Megan applies her strong technical and plant knowledge to lead others in delivering product solutions to customers. With exceptional troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills, Megan leads her co-workers and teams to ensure that operations run smoothly. No matter what the challenge, Megan accomplishes her tasks and responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy and organization. 
 
Throughout her seven-year career at Dow, Megan’s teams have received four Dow Waste Reduction Always Pays Awards. Additionally, she delivered nearly $15 million in Six Sigma project financial results. Today, Megan leads by sharing her technical expertise, communicating effectively with co-workers and teams, and challenging them in a positive way to achieve their best. 
 
Megan is a personal, professional, and technical mentor to those around her. Megan is also a member of the Dow Women’s Innovation Network, an organization dedicated to the professional development and advancement of women in the work place. Newly hired female engineers look up to Megan and what she has been able to accomplish during her relatively short career. 
 
She shares her talent and passion with her local and global community. Earlier this year, Megan was selected for Leadership in Action – Indonesia to address world challenges in that country. She continues to contribute at home as well. She is a member of the Dow Louisiana Site United Way Committee, supporting the local United Way program and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Capital Area YMCA.
