Whether she’s speaking to hundreds of peers at the ASQ World Conference, discussing the future of the Quality profession on ASQ TV, or blogging about reducing the Cost of Poor Quality, Jeanenne is an active advocate shaping the global Quality profession. Since she took the position at Accuride in 2012, she’s also working to transform Accuride Corporation’s ability to deliver world-class product quality and operating performance.  
Relying on leadership and technical skills, she’s honed over a 30-year career, she has successfully shifted the Company’s operations culture to one of accountability and process discipline by instituting rigorous quality and lean processes, standard metrics for measurement, effective training programs, a Six Sigma initiative to internally develop green and black belts, councils to share best practices and systematic reviews to measure progress and reinforce accountability. 
Jeanenne has inspired a new, next generation of Lean leaders and process experts through the launch and mentoring of the company’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program. More than 70 associates have gone through the program, with dramatic results. Jeanenne has shared her knowledge with dozens of Accuride mentees, giving them the tools and motivation to make a measurable difference in their plants. 
She is an internationally renowned speaker and holds multiple American Society for Quality and 3rd Party Certifications in quality, lean and Six Sigma. Through her numerous international speaking engagements annually, she has increased the knowledge and skill level of thousands of professionals and consultants around the world. Attendees leave her sessions armed with practical knowledge, tools and lessons learned gained at her conference sessions that they can take back to their own organizations for further study and implementation.
