Leanne’s ability to think strategically; see the value that inclusion drives at Brown-Forman (B-F); her level of engagement; her ability to see and create a vision and facilitate bringing it to life; and her relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence have made her an exceptional leader at B-F.   
As the VP of Global Production Finance, Leanne was responsible for the strategic planning of the Whiskey inventories and capacity assessment of the production organization. In her efforts, Leanne focused on creating and maintaining an environment that naturally enables all participants to contribute their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives. She worked to build and maintain productive relationships to facilitate the overall goal. 
Leanne is a founding member of the Women Employee resource group (GROW). She spearheaded development of the curriculum for the mentorship program with a leadership and personal development focus.  The GROW resource group has become the most effective resource group in the corporation and has expanded to support women outside of the U.S.
By mentoring in the workplace, Leanne has helped team members increase their effectiveness, advance their careers, and has created a more productive organization. As a mentor, Leanne has been able to pass on valuable skills, knowledge and insights to her mentees to help them develop their careers. 
Leanne was recently named Vice President, General Manager Brown-Forman Brands for the Global Production area of Brown-Forman Corporation.  In this role, Leanne is responsible for all manufacturing responsibilities of Brown-Forman’s Global External Manufacturing Operations, Woodford Reserve Distillery, Brown-Forman Distillery, Canadian Mist Distillery, Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards as well as the recently announced expansions of Old Forester Distillery in Louisville and Slane Castle Irish Whisky in Ireland which represents over 30 manufacturing locations in 13 countries.
