Victoria (Vicky) Biedenstein is an extraordinary manufacturing, business, technical, and organizational leader who produces outstanding performance and enables the growth and development of her teams.  As one of the most senior women in Dow’s Manufacturing and Engineering organization, Vicky has more than 28 years of experience working in a broad range of technologies across multiple geographic locations. Over her career she has been instrumental in driving production facilities around the globe to operate more safely, efficiently, and profitably, as well as in bringing new technologies to market.  She is exceptionally skilled at translating business strategies into technology strategies, as well as being able to take technical opportunities and deliver business earnings impact.
 
Because Vicky is recognized as an effective mentor, she has been asked to participate in the selective Dow program, Sponsor to Success, each year since its creation. In addition to Sponsor to Success, Vicky has been an active sponsor for the Dow Women’s Innovation Network for the past 15 years. 
 
Vicky also works in the community to promote and support STEM opportunities including chairing a science and math tutoring program. Complementing her educational and hands-on work in the community, Vicky has been a leadership sponsor of United Way funding efforts with Dow, engaging her manufacturing sites to raise funds for their local community organization.
