Colleen Kassera
General Manager
Rockland Flooring

Rockland, WI

“I’m proud that I served in the Army and Wisconsin National Guard for 12 years. The leadership and team skills that I learned have helped me be successful in a demanding position.”

Colleen has demonstrated legendary dedication to the company over her career by always being willing to accept new challenges.   From her beginning as Corporate Quality Control Manager, where she formalized a quality system in use to this day, to her development of a lumber database system that allows us to track every pack of lumber on the 40-acre location, Colleen has re-imagined and re-engineered to the benefit of the entire organization.

Coming from the military, Colleen brings a sense of order as well as a high expectation of continued improvement from all associates at her facilities. She has thorough experience with team development that complements her grasp of manufacturing excellence. Her abundant energy coupled with her work ethic make for a "can do" attitude that is contagious and helps the company delight its customers.

Colleen’s focus is always on the team.  Individual success may be recognized internally, but her leadership emphasis is that the group will either succeed as a team or not as a team.  This approach contributes to the cohesiveness and ultimate success of the organization.
