Successful manufacturing people have the ability to develop people from diverse backgrounds to achieve results.”

As Quality Assurance Manager, Rosa is currently responsible for the Quality Management System and overseeing the Quality Performance at the Baker Hughes Technology Center in Houston.

In the past year, Rosa has developed and executed a strategy to improve manufacturing quality performance through implementation of standard operating procedures, root cause analysis and execution of corrective actions. Under her leadership the quality team has significantly contributed to changing the culture at the Houston facility, increasing the focus on customer satisfaction and significantly contributing to the improvement in the overall manufacturing plant performance.

In her career with Baker Hughes, Rosa has been involved in multiple global projects, most recently leading the adoption of a multi-site plant certification program for ISO 9001:2008.
