“Critical to a successful manufacturing career is understanding that no man or woman is an island, and you are only as strong as your weakest link. Apply patience and leadership on a daily basis, and become a strong resource to give your team confidence in themselves and each other.”

Deborah is an outstanding role model for Noven’s core values of consistent innovation, flawless execution and uncompromised excellence.   She routinely provides solutions that enhance her team’s efficiency allowing them to meet or exceed all daily metrics for yields, productivity, safety and documentation errors. Deborah is exceptionally dedicated to her career, and always sets a positive example for her co-workers. Being a female leader in a male-dominated industry has allowed her to act as a drum major for her team’s successes, and a confident resource for her coworkers. She has been an integral team member and leader across a range of projects, and has been recognized on multiple levels for her work ethic, contributions and expertise within the organization.

She credits her independence, strength, self-reliance and motivation on her upbringing. She was raised in a single parent home, with her mother serving the role of mother, father, mentor, disciplinarian and best friend. From her she learned a sense of both resilience and tenacity, which she credits for her success both personally and professionally.   Deborah holds her Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and has been identified as a top candidate for Noven’s next Green Belt certification.

She has been widely recognized by management with several awards acknowledging her commitment and talents.  Without Deborah’s leadership and contributions, one of the world’s leading manufacturer of prescription transdermal systems would not function with the sophistication, productivity and efficiency that it does today.
