“Manufacturing is critically important to our nation. The strength of our country rests on the power of our factory floors – both the machines and the men and women who worked them. The manufacturing sector is providing the jobs for millions of Americans. This means manufacturing is contributing a big role in the nation’s economy.”

Kim started working as a CNC lathe operator for HOERBIGER after coming to the U.S. from Vietnam in 2007, bringing with her an exceptional focus on quality and superior problem solving skills. HOERBIGER recognized these qualities early on and challenged her to excel in a manufacturing environment.  Kim rose to the challenge and HOERBIGER continues to benefit from her drive to succeed.

Kim was instrumental in helping launch a new product line of BCD packing technology in 2011/2012.  Her approach to problem solving, along with her precision machining skills were key in getting this product to market.  Her continued involvement has ensured that the quality of this innovative product is maintained at the highest level.  Today, the BCD is the industry leading technology for low emission processing and is projected to be one of the best selling products in the industry.
