As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mary Pat is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of B&W and its worldwide business units employing 12,000 with 10,000 joint venture employees.  B&W is a leader in clean energy technology and services, primarily for the nuclear, fossil and renewable power markets, as well as a premier advanced technology and mission critical defense contractor.
 
Mary Pat is dedicated to the highest standards of leadership excellence and committed to promoting and improving STEM educational programs.  She is a leader and an active proponent of B&W’s safety program and its Operational Excellence initiatives. Mary Pat serves on the Board of Directors of the Naval Submarine League and sits on the University of Akron’s School of Engineering Advisory Board as well as the Advisory Board for the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics at Youngstown State University. She is a former board member of United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC), Cleveland’s Manufacturing Advocacy & Growth Network, the Ohio Governor's Workforce Policy Advisory Board and the Ohio Employee Ownership Center.
