“Manufacturing is a true orchestration of a number of discrete activities that must all intersect at just the right time to achieve Manufacturing Excellence. The challenge of developing a team that is passionate about coordinating the flow of these activities to achieve superior results makes manufacturing a fascinating place to work.”

In her current role, Christine provides direction and leadership on business process improvements and ERP system enhancements to meet customer expectations and achieve strategic business initiatives.

In a prior role as North America Integrated Supply Chain Manager, she was responsible for integrating the Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Delivery processes while providing governance and championing the Sales & Operations Planning Process.  She was also responsible for managing division-wide inventory management strategies including strategies to increase customer collaboration and supply chain visibility.

As Manager of Operations Planning, Christine managed the manufacturing planning and scheduling teams. She provided leadership to deploy a finite capacity scheduling system that enabled reliable delivery performance from the sites.

Throughout her career, Christine has actively supported and encouraged her teams to achieve formal certifications while using both Corporate Executive Board and Supply Chain Academy expertise for best practices and continued results.
