Sherry provides assembly engineering leadership for the short block and main assembly lines manufacturing 9.0L and 13.5L engines at the John Deere Engine Works.  She is responsible for current product model changes driven by the continuous improvement group, quality organization, and operations group.  Her team is also responsible for technology deployment and operation of tools in the assembly departments.
 
Sherry is a mentor and teacher of engineers working in all of the assembly departments at Engine Works.  She is the SAP power user for the Assembly group, driving for root cause resolution of issues regarding the SAP Order Fulfillment Process (OFP).
 
Sherry is involved in several areas outside of her direct responsibility and puts in countless extra hours providing mentoring and leadership to new engineers at John Deere.
