Tracy leads an Information Technology (IT) team of 120 global employees.  She manages the strategic IT roadmap, delivering innovative and productive technology solutions to meet the needs of the business as well as supporting the existing installed base of technology applications.
 
Tracy was a key contributor for TraneMAP, an iPad application for Trane dealers. Tracy co-led a customer driven integrated supply chain program, delivering benchmarking, metrics and a program of initiatives designed to achieve a best-in-class customer experience.
 
Tracy has been an active leader in the cross-company PDI Council.  She led the creation of, and chairs, the company’s first Employee Resource Group – the Women’s Network, creating business opportunity and building leadership competence through networking, advocacy, skill and professional development, coaching and mentoring, and community outreach.
