Dale is responsible for employee recruitment, development, retention and mobility within Starr Manufacturing.  She generates resources to assist with skill development and has organized meaningful job shadowing and internship opportunities and apprenticeships.
 
Dale is committed to promoting manufacturing career pathways in the community; she serves on the Trumbull County One-Stop Workforce Investment Board, the Trumbull Career and Technical Center's (TCTC) Career Development Advisory Board (high school), the TCTC Adult Training Center’s Business/IT Training Advisory Board, the Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities Business Advisory Committee.  She received an Outstanding Leadership Award from the Ohio Educational Service Center Association in 2011 and she serves as Vice President of the Mahoning Valley Manufacturers Coalition.
 
As Vice President of the Mahoning Valley Manufacturers Coalition, a local grassroots organization led by local small and mid-sized manufacturers, Dale provides leadership and strategic direction, devoting countless hours to recruiting members, interfacing with local education and training providers, and promoting manufacturing career pathways to the community.
