As Vice President of Operations, Cynthia is responsible for all aspects of the operations including environmental health and safety, quality, delivery, employee engagement, cost performance and operational excellence across the Americas sites for the Security Technologies Sector.

Cynthia also has led Global Quality organizations both at Ingersoll Rand and within the automotive industry. At IR, she has made a tremendous impact on quality through her leadership in structured problem solving, process capability, supplier quality management, product launch and reliability testing; this has resulted in year over year customer quality improvements of 20-30% and millions of dollars in savings.

She has mentored numerous associates over the years, especially women in operations and engineering. While working in Mexico, she cofounded a successful women’s network, Soy, focused on professional development and community service.  She has been a featured presenter with the Society of Women Engineers.  She also serves on the sector’s Community Relations Council. In that capacity, she created and administers a Teacher Grant Program focused on innovation and creativity in the local school systems.
