Annette Doyle
Assembly Department Manager
Farmington, CT

“I love my job.  I get to work with great technology and processes while leading a department of 70 people. Providing people a fair and safe place during their workday, where they can thrive and are encouraged to improve their knowledge and performance as a professional and a human being, is my main goal.”

As Machine Assembly Department Manager, Annette is responsible for all aspects of Machine Assembly Production, including staffing, production planning, and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
Annette joined TRUMPF in September 2002 as a Project Engineer in the National Service Department.  She quickly demonstrated a strong ability to lead projects and develop strategic solutions.  In 2004, she was promoted to Training Center Manager.  In this role she was responsible for managing a team of Training Engineers who deliver technical training to TRUMPF customers and service technicians.

In 2010, Annette took on the role of Machine Assembly Department Manager, where she leads a large department manufacturing 350 machines a year and has enabled TRUMPF to meet increased production and quality goals during the economic rebound.

Another role Annette plays is wife and mother to four small children in rural North West Connecticut.
