Bobbi is responsible for the Production Control and Customer Service Departments.  She plans, leads and directs master scheduling, production activity documentation and customer service related activities.  She actively supports the company's strategic plan and efforts to move the facility into full spectrum utilization of MRP to enhance production effectiveness and improve responsiveness to customers' needs.
 
Bobbi worked to document process flow within the Production Control and Customer Service Departments.  She led training efforts enabling co-workers to use CI tools more effectively.  After successfully serving the company as the Continuous Improvement Facilitator, Bobbi was promoted to manager for Production Control/Customer Service.
 
Always looking to expand her body of knowledge pertaining to production and inventory management, Bobbi is pursuing APICS CPIM certification.
