Nancy is a business and thought leader in engineering.  Nancy owns NCC Engineering and is incoming President of the American Welding Society.
Nancy began her career as the first female Metallurgical Engineering graduate at the University of Tennessee.  Her professional career has taken her through a spectrum of experience in the field of welding.  She spent 17 years in fabrication, non-destructive evaluation and repair both in the shop and in the field.  She succeeded in research and development, marketing, contract manger, director and now business owner.  Nancy contributes to textbooks, drafting chapters in the brazing and welding handbooks.
Nancy is a Fellow of the American Welding Society and has won numerous awards.  She has over 35 technical publications and holds 3 patents.
