As Vice President of Human Resources for Vermeer Corporation, Lin brings to bear over thirty years experience in the area of training and education across a number of manufacturing entities both domestic and internationally.  These corporations include General Mills, Dell Computer, Maytag, Whirlpool and Kerr-McGee/Anadarko.
Lin’s work includes facilitating change management for the first floating offshore rig in Scotland and the oilrigs off the Louisiana Coast.  She was intimately involved in facilitating change recovery as a result of the Oklahoma City bombing and, most recently, worked with the City of Newton during the closure of Maytag.
Lin currently serves on the Regional Innovation Gateway Board and Central Iowa Workforce Investment Board.
