As Director of Regulatory Affairs at Bio-Microbics, a company present in over 60 countries, Allison maintains product approvals and researches standards to ensure the equipment supplied meets or exceeds these standards.  Additionally, she leverages extensive technical knowledge and expertise to design wastewater treatment plants for distributors around the world.  Allison is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist with nearly twenty years experience in regulatory affairs and over fifteen years in the water and wastewater treatment industry.
 
Allison was instrumental when Bio-Microbics received the 2012 President's E Award for Exporting, going above and beyond to ensure products received approvals and thereby ensuring the company’s technologies are available for distributors around the world. She is on the board for the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association, a member of the National Environmental Health Association, and Co-Chair of the NOWRA Technical Practices Committee.
