Bridget joined The Dow Chemical Company in 2016 through the acquisition of Dow Corning. That same year, she was named the Business Manufacturing and Technology Leader for the Oxygenated Solvents and Amines business units which represent $2 billion of revenue manufactured at 20 plants across eight sites globally. Bridget is also accountable for a $25 million capital budget for technology licenses and highly successful startup of SADARA JV in Saudi Arabia. Her input was key to the successful integration of Dow Corning into Dow, delivering on $180 million of synergies.

As leader of the Amines and Oxygenated Solvents manufacturing team, Bridget has done a stellar job delivering optimal business strategy and operations goals. She served as a leader on a key capital expansion project in Barry, U.K. In 2000, she was named the U.K. HR manager and continued to serve as both engineering and operations manager for the Barry site. In 2007, Bridget relocated to Shanghai where she was named HR business partner for the Zhanjiang expansion project which represented another key milestone in Dow Corning’s company history. Bridget advanced through the company quickly and was named chief communications officer in 2013.

Over the last 30 years, Bridget has served as a formal and informal mentor for many Dow Corning employees. She sees the fruits of her labor with those she has mentored and will continue to help and influence those around her. She is a great role model for all heritage Dow Corning employees and women engineers in general.

Bridget is an enthusiastic volunteer for the United Way of Saginaw County, helping people in the community live a healthy lifestyle through education services. She also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board for Saginaw Future Inc., which focuses on economic development assistance, job creation, retention and education. Bridget will serve as president of this organization in 2018.
