Chrissy Peloquin
Director of Operations
Design Ready Controls

“I am passionate about manufacturing as it allows me to play many different roles and use my best two qualities: driving for results and people leadership. Working in a fast paced, innovative and data driven culture has allowed me to continue to learn and work with so many amazing people!”

After beginning her career with Design Ready Controls, Chrissy quickly advanced from Customer Service Manager to Director of Fulfillment and Logistics, and most recently, to Director of Operations, Management. Focusing on operational excellence, Chrissy leverages her education and experience to identify and implement multiple improvements in customer service and production. Her eye for efficiency, dedication to data-driven process management, and innovation at every level have upgraded major processes in all key departments including finance, project management, quality, and training. Chrissy has guided Design Ready Controls through the challenges of rapid growth, helping the company stay productive and maintain a cohesive culture as business continues to expand.

By developing and coaching teams, conducting interviews and working with new hires across the company, Chrissy has been central to training efforts throughout Design Ready Controls. Taking principals of continuous improvement and lifelong learning to heart, Chrissy is currently pursuing her Professional Science Master’s degree in Engineering Management through Minnesota State University, Mankato, along with several other employees. As a founding member of the Employee Engagement Committee, Chrissy promotes a culture of engagement and inclusion. She leads the charge for employee participation in charitable efforts, recreational activities and other Design Ready Controls events that benefit the community—often being the first to step in and participate herself. Additionally, Chrissy is involved in the Health and Wellness Committee, Movement Lab fitness activities, company fun runs, toy drives, blood donations and team-building events.

At both work and in the community, Chrissy leads by example. She is always the first to volunteer her time and talent to causes which improve her community and the lives of others. She has participated in the Brooklyn Park Business Forward Advisory Board, and volunteers for the Andover Baseball Association and the North Metro Soccer Association. Despite her full-time career, continuing education and responsibilities as a mother to three lively children, Chrissy balances it all with positivity and professionalism.
