"Manufacturing is the culmination of what motivates me. It is the opportunity to work with talented, diverse individuals to develop a plan to win, solve problems, continuously improve, and ultimately have a positive impact on people's lives, both those I work alongside and the consumers who use our products."
Kara has successfully held a variety of roles across six P&G locations, each with increasing levels of responsibility, accountability, and leadership over her twenty-year career.
