Stacie Rampe
Corporate Manager, Benefits and Payroll
Cooper Tire & Rubber Company

"I am passionate because my roots on the manufacturing floor have helped mold who I am today. Manufacturing has allowed me to pursue higher education, develop in my professional career, and provide a solid life for my family. Manufacturing fosters my passions of learning, leading, and developing amazing, successful people."

Stacie began her career two decades ago on the manufacturing shop floor as a machine operator. Since this introduction into manufacturing, she has held a series of progressively responsible human resources roles prior to joining Cooper Tire in 2012. Her roots on the factory floor have helped her to understand manufacturing processes and relate to the employees responsible for building quality products. She brings a unique vantage point to help bridge gaps between employee wants, needs, and the company's business objectives. Stacie's leadership accomplishments are wide ranging and include a focus on building relationships with her business partners by allowing them to see the value of the HR function in meeting this company imperative.

Stacie is passionate about driving formal mentorship programs within the workplace and informal efforts to promote mentorship throughout the community. She has served as a mentor to many co-workers at all levels within the organization and loves to help others strive to be the best and take control of their careers and their lives. Within the community, Stacie has volunteered as a mentor at Big Brothers/Big Sisters for several years and remains an active Board member at the Children's Mentoring Connection (CMC) of Hancock County, a position she has held since 2013.

Stacie has also represented the United Way in numerous leadership roles while at Cooper, and has been relentless in driving United Way’s mission to her fellow co-workers and company leaders. She is also active with Cooper’s signature philanthropy cause, Tread Wisely, a campaign that educates young people about the importance of driver and tire safety. Finally, Stacie represents Cooper on the Business Affiliates Board of Directors at the University of Findlay (Ohio).
