Michele is responsible for many noteworthy contributions and technical accomplishments as a leader at K&L Microwave. With more than 15 years in senior management positions, Michele is well suited to lead the MPG K&L Microwave Team plan to increase business through continuous improvement, new product innovations, and international expansion. Michele was part of the initial class of the Dover Executive Leverage and Leadership Academy (DELLA), a program for strategic leadership. This program is run every other year for a group of high potential leaders in the organization, and she has been an instrumental part of the program as one of the first DELLA class participants.
 
She is the Treasurer and Founding Board Member for the Tri Community Mediation, a non-profit organization committed to offering mediation and conflict management services, at no charge throughout Wicomico, Worcester, and Somerset Counties. Additionally, the organization provides education and other conflict resolution services to a diverse group of community members. She is also one of Dover’s greatest supporters of the STEM initiative, both within the company and her community at the local colleges and universities. 
 
Michele spends her free time supporting several organizations in the area, particularly the Salisbury University. At Salisbury University, opening ceremonies were held on September 1, 2016 for The Guerrieri Academic Commons building, containing the Garigliano Family Instruction Design and Delivery Faculty Development Studio. Additionally, she serves as the Vice Chair on the Executive, Audit and Grant Committees of the Salisbury University Foundation Board of Directors. Michele has also supported the Wor-Wic Technical Community College since 2001 by sitting on the Computer Science Program Advisory Board.
