Rachael Conrad
Director of Commercial Marketing
Rockwell Automation

"Manufacturing transforms the world we live in. I am lucky to have spent my entire 20 year career with a company that has given me the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of others within my company and community. Every day is a new adventure."

Rachael Conrad is the Regional Commercial Marketing Director for Latin America, part of the Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) segment of Rockwell Automation. In this role, she is responsible for achieving growth and performance objectives for the region and accomplishes this through her leadership of the regional marketing organization; ownership, creation, and execution of the marketing strategy; guidance for the sales strategy; collaboration leadership with key RA strategic partnerships; and general leadership across the region.

Rachael has been instrumental to the organization’s success through a range of contributions over the 20 years she has been with Rockwell.  She has served in a broad variety of roles including: sales, channel management, manufacturing operations, product management, and business leadership.

Rachael understands the struggles women confront and the opportunities they can uncover as they enter the world of science and technology.  Rachael has helped coordinate and lead activities for the annual “Take your Daughter to Work Day,” Engineer Week, and has also supported the FIRST Robotics & Lego League programs. Rachael recently created, piloted, and is currently rolling out broadly a program called Build a Bridge. It is a mutual coaching program designed to close the gaps in the Latin America organization with respect to diversity, inclusion, individuality, and cultural connection. In addition, Rachael has taken on the role of mentor and coach for many women who are entering the workforce at Rockwell Automation.

She has also committed her time and effort to her local community, actively participating in programs such as Junior Achievement, Hour of Code, and United Way Days of Caring. Rachael is a strong example for students of how a woman can not only survive in the world of science and technology, but thrive and emerge as a leader in her field.
